InvoicePH processes account contact details, store or channel identifiers, invoice settings, seller details, invoice numbering details, uploaded logos, templates, order data, customer names, customer email addresses, billing and shipping details, invoice PDFs, and email delivery activity needed to provide the service.
We use this information to generate invoice PDFs, send invoice emails, maintain invoice records, provide support, secure the service, improve reliability, and meet legal or operational obligations. We do not sell merchant or customer data.
We may share limited data with infrastructure, storage, payment, analytics, ecommerce platform, and email delivery providers only as needed to operate InvoicePH. These providers are expected to protect data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We keep invoice and account records for as long as your account is active or as needed for business, legal, tax, security, and backup purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention requirements and legitimate business needs. For privacy requests, account questions, or data concerns, contact InvoicePH support through the demo form or your app support channel.

By using InvoicePH, you agree to use the service only for lawful business invoicing workflows. You are responsible for your account access, the accuracy of your seller details, invoice sequence, order data, customer data, tax labels, and templates.
InvoicePH helps generate and deliver invoice documents from the information you provide. It is not legal, accounting, or tax advice. You remain responsible for confirming compliance requirements with your accountant, tax adviser, or relevant authority.
Free, trial, paid, and custom plans may include different limits and features. Paid features may stop or revert when a trial ends, a subscription is cancelled, payment fails, or an account returns to a free tier.
Do not use InvoicePH to send spam, upload malicious files, violate platform rules, infringe rights, process data you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access to protect merchants, customers, partners, or the platform.
InvoicePH may connect with Shopify, marketplaces, payment providers, storage providers, and email delivery services. Their own terms and availability may apply, and interruptions in third-party services can affect InvoicePH features.
We may update features, pricing, policies, and these terms as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free documents, or acceptance by any regulator or third-party system.
